Color Profiles for the Offset Printing
The ICC profiles listed below can be downloaded and used, if the printing is done according to ISO standard 12647-2 or ISO 12647-3.
Explanations about the Profiles
ISOcoated_v2_300_eci.icc
For paper type 1 and 2 (gloss-coated and matt-coated offset paper) the standard profile ISOcoated_v2_300:eci.icc is available. The tone value increase for the print is 14 %. The Media Wedge control file is FOGRA 39L.
Of this profile one exists with a total area coverage of 330%. If this prifle is needed, it can be requested from Ugra.
PSO_LWC_Standard_eci.icc
For paper type 3 (LWC) and web offset printing (tone value increase is 17 %) the ISOwebcoated profile is used. The appropriate Media Wedge control file is FOGRA 46L.
PSO_Uncoated_ISO12647_eci.icc
For paper type 4 (uncoated offset paper) the profile ISOuncoated is available. The tone value increase is 20 %. The Media Wedge control file is FOGRA 47L.
ISOuncoatedyellowish.icc
For paper type 5 (yellowish uncoated offset paper) the profile ISOuncoatedyellowish is intended. The tone value increase for this print type amounts to 20 %. The Media Wedge control file is FOGRA 30L.
ISONewspaper26v4.icc
For newspaper printing on newsprint the profile ISOnewspaper26v4.icc is designated. The tone value increase is 26%. The Media Wedge control file is IFRA26.
