For several months we have been confronted with rising energy costs, general inflation as well as strongly fluctuating exchange rates of the Swiss franc against the US dollar and the Euro. We have carefully examined and implemented all options within our control to absorb these rising costs. Nevertheless, we have to make slight price adjustments for some products and services.

We have therefore recalculated all articles. Some prices have remained the same, others we have been able to reduce, and still others we have increased. The price increases for our shop items are mainly due to increased material and supplier costs, those for laboratory services in particular to increased energy costs.

We were able to absorb part of the cost increases through process optimisations. For this reason, we have also adjusted our conditions: In future, we will grant additional discounts for larger purchase quantities, while small orders may become more expensive. For our customers, the corresponding changes are shown on our offers for the affected articles. The other conditions remain unchanged. The price adjustments will come into effect on 1 July 2023.
