Deutsch Contactless measurement with 3D profilometer
Determining topographies, roughnesses and surfaces
The VR-6000 3D profilometer is a fast, high-precision 3D profile measurement system that optically detects surfaces with a resolution of 0.1 μm. Even matt and glossy surfaces can be inspected thanks to the HDR detection algorithm. Subsequently, contour, flatness and roughness measurements, shape and position tolerances and much more can be carried out. Wall thicknesses as well as dimensions of surfaces can be displayed without preparation and can be measured easily and precisely afterwards.
