We test the quality of the special papers and their conformity with the high requirements of central banks. The characteristics, which are defined in narrow tolerances, serve the protection against counterfeiting and ensure a long life span of the securities.

Banknotes

Banknote testing focuses on the durability of the banknotes and the functionality of the security features. In our testing laboratory, we can carry out stress tests under controlled conditions and simulate and predict the service life. Meaningful expertise supports our customers in continuously improving their products and adapting them to changing requirements.

ID cards and passports

In the age of globalised travel and increasing migration, identity cards and passports must meet high security requirements. To this end, we check the quality of the individual components acc. to the Internastional Standard ISO 18745-1 as well as the service life of the entire product.
